Return Policy
At BLESSH you have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange or return your jewelry and accessories. Only when you have items engraved/personalized or made especially for you, return/exchange is not possible. In addition, we can only accept items for exchange or return if;
- The items are undamaged, unworn and clean.
- The product is in its original packaging and complete.
Free Gift
Please note! Did you receive a 'free gift' with your order and is the value of the items you keep lower than the purchase amount needed to receive a free gift? Then the free gift must also be returned. If the 'free gift' is not returned, we are unfortunately forced to deduct its value from the return amount.
Personalized items
Most items from BLESSH are personalized and each has a unique character. This type of product is not eligible for return. If an error was made during the production process of the item you purchased, we will of course work together to find an appropriate solution. In this case or for further information regarding returns, please contact our customer service at hi@blessh.com.
Please include your order number and always send a clear picture of the article and the defect so we can help you as best we can.
Non-personalized items
Items that are not personalized/engraved or specially made for you may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date. Return costs are at your own expense. We recommend requesting a shipping receipt when sending your return package. Until BLESSH receives your package, returns are at your own risk. BLESSH cannot be held liable for loss or damage.
How to return your order
- The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. That is - undamaged, clean, complete, in its original packaging and with any attached tags.
- Download and print your return form here. Fill out this form as completely as possible and send the completed return form to us along with your return package. We cannot process your return without a return form.
- Please use appropriate outer packaging for your return and do not affix stickers and/or tape to the original product packaging(s).
- Report your return to our customer service at the e-mail address hi@blessh.com for fast processing. Please include your name and order number.
You will receive an email confirmation once we have received and processed your return. The entire return process takes up to 10 business days (depending on busy periods and your return type).
