Orders & Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and other secure payment options. All transactions are processed via trusted, encrypted gateways.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still haven’t received a confirmation within 24 hours, email us at info@blessh.com and we’ll make sure everything is in order.

Shipping & Free Worldwide Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship worldwide from the Netherlands, except to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Do you offer free worldwide shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all our orders.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days after payment confirmation. This timeframe is indicative, but we always aim to ship as quickly and carefully as possible.

How long does delivery take?

As a guideline:

  • Netherlands / Belgium: 1-3 working days
  • EU / UK: 2-7 working days
  • Rest of world: 7-14 working days

Actual delivery times may vary per destination and customs.

Are duties and taxes included?

All orders ship from the Netherlands. Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or local VAT in your country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not refundable by Bless, even if the parcel is refused or returned.

I accidently submitted the wrong delivery address, but the order is already on its way!

In most cases, you can update the delivery address directly through the tracking confirmation page. If this isn't possible, please contact both the courier and our customer service as soon as possible. The sooner you act, the higher the chance that the address can still be adjusted.

Please note that changing the address to a different location or country is not always possible. If it is, additional transport costs may apply.

Returns, Refunds & Resizing

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all bracelets purchased via blessh.com. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your bracelet for a refund. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached and no signs of use.

Are returns free?

Yes. We offer complimentary return shipping within 30 days from delivery. Blessh bears the direct return shipping costs when you use our return process.

How do I request a return?

Simply contact us via our Return & Resizing page or email us within 30 days. You'll receive instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.

What if the bracelet doesn't fit perfectly?

We offer a one-time complimentary resizing service for new customers within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and your new desired size; we'll provide a prepaid label, resize your bracelet in our atelier and send it back to you.

Personalised Pieces & Engraving

Do you offer personalised or engraved pieces?

Yes. Many designs can be customised. Selected designs can be engraved with initials, a date or a subtle symbol for a quietly personal touch. Availability and options are shown per product.

Can I return or exchange engraved or personalised items?

Customised or engraved bracelets are not eligible for returns or refunds, as they are created specifically for you. However, they do qualify for our one-time complimentary resizing service within 30 days of delivery.

Sizing & Fit

How do I measure my wrist correctly?

Wrap a soft measuring tape (or a piece of string) snugly around your wrist bone and note the exact measurement — do not add extra length. During checkout you can choose your preferred fit: Tight, Standard or Loose.

I’m buying a gift and do not know the size.

If you’re unsure, use our general size guide or contact us for advice. If the fit isn’t perfect, our one-time complimentary resizing ensures it will be.

Why do we ask for wrist measurements instead of offering fixed bracelet lengths?

At Blessh, we want every bracelet to fit you perfectly. Measuring your wrist helps us create a bracelet that feels comfortable, secure, and uniquely yours. Here's why it matters:

  • A Truly Custom Fit: Wrist measurements allow us to size your bracelet specifically for you. Fixed lengths can easily end up too tight or too loose, but a made-to-measure fit ensures all-day comfort.
  • Natural Bead Variations: Our bracelets are crafted with premium natural beads, which may vary slightly in size. For example, a bead listed as 4 mm might actually range from 3.9 mm to 4.1 mm. These small differences can affect the final bracelet length.
  • Design Differences: Each design uses different bead sizes and patterns. A bracelet made with larger beads will measure differently from one made with smaller beads, even if both fit your wrist the same way. Measuring your wrist ensures consistent comfort across all styles.

Are Blessh bracelets handmade?

Yes. Every Blessh piece is handcrafted in small batches with a attention to detail and balance. Because we use natural gemstones and precious metals, subtle variations in colour, texture and pattern. Such variations enhances the uniqueness and is never considered a defect.

All materials are ethically sources, and authenticity is guaranteed.

How should I care for my bracelet?

  • Store it separately to aviod scratches
  • Avoid water, sweat, perfume and other chemicals
  • Remove before showering, swimming or exercising
  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth

Treat it like the refined object it is, and it will age beautifully with you.

Can I wear my bracelet while working out, showering, or at the beach?

We strongly advise against wearing your Blessh bracelet during these activities. Exposure to sweat, water, sand, or impact can gradually damage both the gemstones and the precious metal components. Some stones are naturally more durable, while others are softer and more sensitive to wear.

12-Month Warranty & Quality

Do Blessh pieces come with a warranty?

Yes. All Blessh jewellery comes with a 12-month manufacturing warranty, reflecting our commitment to enduring craftmanship and the integrity of the materials we select.

What does the 12-month warranty cover?

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material faults
  • Structural issues not caused by misuse

What is not covered?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from accidents, impact or improper use
  • Damage from water, sweat, chemicals or lack of care
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications

How does the warranty process work?

Please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Detailed photos of the item

If a warranty claim is approved, Blessh will provide repair or replacement at our discretion, ensuring your piece is restored to the standard of excellence with which it was crafted.

Are shipping costs included?

For approved warranty claims:

  • Outbound return shipping to Blessh is the responsibility of the customer
  • Blessh covers the cost of sending your repaired or replacement piece back to you

Gift Cards

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes. Blessh Gift Cards are available and can be redeemed online at blessh.com for any eligible product.

Do Gift Cards expire?

Gift Cards expire after 24 months unless otherwise stated.

Can I exchange a Gift Card for Cash?

No. Gift Cards and remaining balances cannot be exchanged for cash, except where legally required. Any refunds for orders paid (in whole or part) with a Gift Card will first be credited back on the Gift Card.

All materials used — including potential allergens like certain metals, platings or gemstones — are listed where relevant. Our jewellery is designed for adult use.
