Warranty & Repairs
When you place an order with BLESSH, you can assume that you will receive a high-quality product. Before we ship your order, we always carefully check your items and we pack them with love for you. BLESSH applies a Eight-week warranty period.
Should your item break or show any defects within the warranty period, please feel free to contact our customer service via hi@blessh.com. We would like to receive your e-mail with your order number, full name and a photo that clearly shows the defect.
We will assess each situation individually and get back to you promptly.
On lost items and items damaged by careless or improper use (such as dropping or scratching) by the buyer, we offer no no warranty. The warranty also expires in case of damage caused by repairs or modifications made by third parties without prior consent of BLESSH.
The warranty period starts from the time your order is delivered and does not restart after a repair.
