Returns & Resizing

Every BLESSH bracelet is crafted to order and assembled specifically for you.
For this reason, our return and resizing policy differs from mass-produced jewellery.

Below you’ll find a clear overview of what is and isn’t possible.

Returns

Because our bracelets are made to order, returns are not accepted, except in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item received is incorrect (wrong product or specification)

In these situations, please contact us within 10 working days of delivery at
hi@blessh.com, including your order number and clear photos.

If a return is approved due to a defect or incorrect delivery, BLESSH will cover the return shipping costs.

Complimentary Resizing

To ensure long-term comfort, one complimentary resizing is included with every bracelet.

  • Available within 30 days of delivery
  • Applicable to engraved and non-engraved pieces
  • Covers minor fit adjustments only

Shipping costs related to the complimentary resize are covered by BLESSH.

Additional resizing requests may be possible on request and may incur costs.

Engraved & Personalised Pieces

Bracelets featuring personal engraving or custom specifications are produced exclusively for you.

  • Returns are not possible once production has started
  • One complimentary resize is still included, unless otherwise stated

This policy follows standard practice within the luxury jewellery industry.

Natural Characteristics

Each BLESSH bracelet is handcrafted using natural gemstones.
Minor variations in colour, texture, or spacing are part of the material’s character and are not considered defects.
