For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), BLESSH is the data controller for online retail operations via www.blessh.com.

2. Personal Data We Collect

  • Name, email address, phone (optional), billing and shipping address
  • Order details and payment method (we never store full card data)
  • Account details, communication history, product reviews
  • Customisation details for handmade/personalised jewellery

b) Information collected automatically

  • IP address, device and browser information, OS, pages viewed, cart and checkout events
  • Cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising (see Cookie Policy)
  • Approximate location derived from IP for fraud prevention and localisation

  • Advertising and analytics partners (e.g., Meta, Google)
  • Email/SMS platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Shopify Email)

We do not collect special category data and we do not knowingly process government ID numbers.

4. Marketing Communications

You will only receive marketing messages if you have given consent, or (where permitted by law) under legitimate interest for existing customers. You can withdraw consent or opt out at any time by clicking “unsubscribe”, replying “STOP” to SMS, or emailing hi@blessh.com. Transactional messages (order confirmations, updates) will still be sent. We use Klaviyo and/or Shopify Email as our processors for such communications.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our store, measure performance, and—where consented—personalise content and ads.

  • Strictly necessary – checkout, security, cookie preferences
  • Functional – remembering currency or language
  • Analytics – website usage and performance (e.g., Google Analytics 4; IP is truncated/anonymised)

7. International Data Transfers

  • Access controls, least-privilege principles, confidentiality commitments
  • Platform security monitoring and regular updates

No system is 100% secure; please use strong, unique passwords and keep credentials confidential.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our website and products are not intended for children under 16. If you believe a minor has provided personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
