We ship worldwide from our atelier in the Netherlands.
All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched with attention to security and tracking.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days after payment confirmation.

This processing timeframe refers to preparation and handover to the carrier and is indicative, not a guaranteed delivery deadline.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • EU: 1–4 working days
  • United Kingdom: 3–6 working days
  • United States & Canada: 5–9 working days
  • Australia: 6–10 working days
  • New Zealand: 6–12 working days
  • Rest of world: 7–14 working days

Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, local holidays, or carrier conditions.

Express Shipping

Where available, express shipping can be selected at checkout for an additional fee.

Express delivery reduces transit time but does not affect processing time.

We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders ship from the Netherlands.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

BLESSH is not responsible for customs delays or local import regulations.

Delivery Issues & Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived or tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received it, please notify us within 10 working days after the expected delivery date.

This allows us to investigate promptly with the carrier.

Responsibility & Risk

Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once delivery has been confirmed at the provided address.

We recommend ensuring your delivery address is complete and accurate.
