These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.blessh.com and all purchases made through the website. The website is operated by DevelopTrend, trading as BLESSH. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Applicability
- These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between BLESSH and consumers.
- Business purchases (B2B) are excluded from consumer protection rights, including the right of withdrawal.
- If additional product-specific terms apply, the provision most favourable to the consumer shall prevail.
3. Products & Craftsmanship
All BLESSH jewellery is handcrafted using natural gemstones and precious metals. Natural variations in colour, texture, or pattern are inherent to the materials and do not constitute defects.
4. Orders & Contract Formation
- A contract is concluded once payment is successfully completed.
- Order confirmation is sent by email.
- BLESSH reserves the right to refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Prices shown at checkout are final, excluding any customs duties or import taxes.
- Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
6. Delivery
- Orders are dispatched from the Netherlands within 3 working days after payment.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination and customs processing.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Non-Personalised Items)
- Consumers may withdraw from non-personalised purchases within 30 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition and packaging.
8. Exclusion of Withdrawal (Personalised Items)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom engraved or personalised jewellery.
- Products made to the customer’s specifications.
Personalised items are produced exclusively for you and cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage upon delivery.
9. Complimentary Resize Policy
BLESSH offers one (1) complimentary resize per order, including for personalised or engraved items.
- The first resize is fully covered by BLESSH, including return shipping.
- Additional resizes may be subject to costs.
- Items must show normal wear only and no misuse.
10. Warranty
- All products carry a 12-month manufacturing warranty.
- This does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care.
11. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing via hi@blessh.com. We aim to respond within 14 days.
12. Liability
BLESSH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where mandatory law applies.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Breda, The Netherlands.
