Shipping Policy
1) Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days after payment confirmation.
Carriers: PostNL, DHL, UPS. Tracking information will be provided by email when available.
Important: The 3-business-day dispatch timeframe is indicative and not a strict (fatal) delivery deadline. Minor deviations in dispatch or delivery time do not entitle the customer to cancel, claim damages, or refuse delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing.
BLESSH does not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
2) Estimated Transit Times (indicative)
- Netherlands / Belgium: 1–3 working days
- EU / UK: 2–7 working days
- Rest of world: 7–14 working days
All delivery times stated are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs processing, holidays, or peak seasons. These estimates exclude customs clearance times and local holidays.
3) Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Parcels cannot be rerouted once dispatched. If a carrier requires a signature and no one is available, a redelivery or pickup may be arranged directly by the carrier. BLESSH may ship multiple items separately at no extra charge.
4) Customs, Duties & Taxes
All orders ship from the Netherlands.
Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local VAT (if any) are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable by BLESSH, even if the parcel is returned or refused.
BLESSH is not responsible for customs clearance delays, import regulations, or additional local taxes in your country. International orders may be subject to customs inspection, which can extend delivery times beyond our control.
5) Non-Delivery & Notification (Meldplicht)
If your parcel has not arrived, you must inform us within 10 working days after the expected delivery date by emailing hi@blessh.com. Reports made after this period may not be eligible for investigation or reimbursement.
BLESSH’s responsibility ends once the carrier confirms successful delivery at the address provided.
6) Unclaimed, Refused, or Returned Parcels
Packages that are unclaimed, refused, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, incorrect/incomplete addresses, or failure to collect from a pickup point will not be automatically reshipped.
Upon receipt at our facility, return shipping costs, import fees, and handling charges may be deducted from any refund. See our Return & Refund Policy for further details.
7) Damage in Transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please report it to the driver where possible and contact hi@blessh.com within 10 working days with photos and your order number.
Failure to report within this period may limit or void eligibility for compensation in line with carrier terms. Do not discard packaging materials until your claim has been reviewed.
8) Product Authenticity & Natural Variations
Each BLESSH piece is handmade and may show natural variations in colour, texture, or pattern of gemstones and metals. These characteristics are not considered defects and make every item unique.
9) Returned in Used Condition
Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or removal of tags or protective seals will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
10) Force Majeure & Delays
BLESSH is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including postal delays, strikes, customs inspections, or natural events.
11) Chargeback Notice
Customers agree to contact BLESSH before initiating any chargeback request. We reserve the right to provide delivery, communication, and transaction records to dispute unjustified chargebacks. (See our Terms & Conditions.)
12) Communication Channel
All communication regarding shipping issues, returns, refunds, or complaints must be submitted in writing to hi@blessh.com. Messages sent via social media are not considered formal notice.
13) Governing Law
This Shipping Policy is governed by Dutch law. In case of dispute, the competent court in Breda, The Netherlands, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
