Refund policy
Last updated: 11 November 2025
At BLESSH, every piece is crafted with care. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and resizing are handled in a transparent and fair way.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Non-Personalised Items)
- You may return non-personalised items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Excluded from Return
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Engraved or personalised jewellery.
- Products made to your specifications.
Personalised items are created exclusively for you and cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage upon delivery.
3. Complimentary Resize Policy
To ensure a perfect fit, BLESSH offers one (1) complimentary resize per order, including for engraved or personalised jewellery.
- The first resize is fully covered by BLESSH, including return shipping to and from our atelier.
- The item must show normal wear only and no signs of misuse or damage.
- Additional resizes may be subject to costs.
Complimentary resizing is offered as a service and does not reinstate the right of return for personalised items.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 10 working days.
- Provide your order number and clear photos.
- In such cases, BLESSH will cover all necessary costs.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times depend on the payment provider.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. International Orders & Customs
Orders ship from the Netherlands. Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
7. How to Request a Return or Resize
- Email hi@blessh.com with your order number.
- Indicate whether your request concerns a return or resize.
- We will provide next steps and instructions.
8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Breda, The Netherlands.
