Shipping policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your BLESSH order is processed, shipped, and delivered worldwide.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed and dispatched from the Netherlands within 3 working days after payment confirmation.
- Dispatch times are indicative and not a strict delivery deadline.
- Orders containing personalised or engraved items may require the full processing time.
2. Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: Complimentary worldwide standard shipping on all orders.
- Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee. Express shipping shortens transit time but does not affect processing time.
3. Estimated Transit Times (Indicative)
- EU: 1–4 working days
- United Kingdom: 3–6 working days
- United States & Canada: 5–9 working days
- Australia: 6–10 working days
- New Zealand: 6–12 working days
- Rest of World: 7–14 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, public holidays, or peak periods. Express shipping does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
4. Carriers & Tracking
- We ship with trusted carriers such as DHL, and UPS.
- Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
- BLESSH does not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All orders ship from the Netherlands. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local VAT (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
BLESSH is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local regulations.
6. Delivery Responsibility
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the provided address.
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
- Orders cannot be rerouted once dispatched.
7. Non-Delivery & Lost Parcels
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your parcel, or if your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please notify us within 10 working days after the expected delivery date.
This allows us to investigate with the carrier. Reports made after this period may limit our ability to assist.
8. Refused, Unclaimed or Returned Shipments
Shipments that are refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or failure to collect from a pickup point will not be automatically reshipped.
Any return shipping costs, import fees, or handling charges may be deducted from a refund where applicable.
9. Force Majeure
BLESSH is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, strikes, customs inspections, natural events, or governmental actions.
