Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date you received your order. Customers must report any non-delivery or missing parcels within 10 working days after the expected delivery date. Reports made after this period may not be eligible for investigation or reimbursement. Please notify us of your intention to return by emailing hi@blessh.com with your order number. Returns without prior authorisation may be refused.
2. Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition with all packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories.
- Custom or made-to-order items are accepted as a customer-friendly policy, except where excluded below.
Exclusions (non-returnable):
- Engraved or personalised jewellery (once production has started), except in case of manufacturing defect or damage on arrival.
- Gold jewellery (due to precious-metal handling and hygiene).
For hygiene and safety reasons, items showing signs of wear, alteration, or removed seals/tags may be refused upon inspection. If your purchase included free gifts or bundle items, these must be returned unused and in original condition; otherwise their retail value may be deducted from the refund.
3. Return Shipping
BLESSH covers return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimbursement instructions. Use only the label we provide for the authorised return; misuse may result in charges. The goods remain your responsibility until received by BLESSH—please retain proof of postage.
4. Refunds
- After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days (processing times vary by provider).
- Refunds are processed in the original currency; BLESSH is not responsible for exchange-rate differences, bank fees, or card issuer charges.
- Items showing wear/alteration or missing seals will be returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
- Unclaimed/refused/returned parcels due to unpaid customs or incorrect/incomplete address will not be automatically reshipped; return shipping, import fees, and handling charges may be deducted from refunds.
- If only part of the order is returned, outbound shipping fees are not refunded.
- Orders paid partly with a Gift Card are refunded first to that card; any remainder to the original payment method. Store credits are valid for 12 months.
- Original outbound shipping fees are refunded only where required by law or when the entire EU order is withdrawn within 30 days.
5. Exchanges
The fastest option is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. Size exchanges may be available for certain styles; please contact hi@blessh.com.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Each BLESSH piece is handmade; natural variations in gemstones or metals are not defects. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 10 working days of delivery with photos and your order number (late reporting may limit eligibility for compensation under carrier terms). All products carry a 12-month manufacturing warranty, excluding normal wear, accidental damage, or improper care.
7. International Orders & Customs
Orders ship from the Netherlands. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and local VAT (if any) are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable by BLESSH.
Returns from outside the EU must be clearly marked “Returned goods – no commercial value” and use the HS code shown on your original invoice. Any fees caused by incorrect declarations may be deducted from the refund.
8. How to Start a Return
- Email hi@blessh.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with your prepaid label (or instructions) and packing guidance.
- Pack securely and drop off with the specified carrier.
You may also use the EU Standard Withdrawal Form.
9. Gifts
If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we will refund to the original payment method or, where applicable, issue store credit to the purchaser.
10. Shipping Notes
We ship worldwide from the Netherlands within 3 working days after payment via PostNL, DHL, or UPS (no APO/FPO/DPO). All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to carriers, customs, peak seasons or force majeure.
11. Legal Framework
This Return & Refund Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and your statutory rights (including the EU 30-day withdrawal we offer). In case of translation discrepancies, the Dutch version prevails. This Policy is governed by Dutch law; the competent court in Breda, The Netherlands, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
